The organization's members produce a variety of proteins, including eggs, poultry, cattle, pork and dairy and meat goats as well as a limited mix of fruits and vegetables.  They primarily sell products directly to consumers at area farmers markets but are also experiencing some growth in sales to food coops and other institutional buyers including a few school systems and as well as food distributors.

PPFG also has experience selling sweet corn and muscadine grapes for Weaver Street Market, an established food cooperative in Carrboro, NC with stores in Raleigh and Hillsborough, and to Deep Roots Markets in Greensboro.
